We have the Moorside Corner (the one on the right above).  This is actually a town house however we have the largest model (1570 Sq. Ft.), and it's the end unit on a corner, over looking a green belt across the street.  Well, this is our house, it closes September 16th 2004.  Until this date we are living with Trish's mom Laura, so if you need to get in touch click "E-Mail Nick" below.  Since this is our first house we appreciate any house related gifts, we have put some ideas together for thoughtful people which can be viewed by clicking "Gift Ideas" on the left.  Just because everyone asks, the list price of our house was $213,490.00 at the time we purchased plus the $2000.00 lot premium for being across from the "green belt" or Union Gas Pipeline, and the upgrades for the house were $12,918.53.  The deposit required from the builder was $11,000.00 at time of purchase and $2000.00 for the upgrades.
